Echofon For Pc managing program that's poised with potential. Open-source and free, it offers a cross-platform, extensible experience wrapped up in a Echofon For Pc tabbed interface. As they say in the money biz, it looks great on paper.
Even with its trial limits, Echofon For Pc showed us what it can do. But the full version costs less than $10, which is not a lot for a whole new wardrobe of quick-changing icons and cursors for your Windows PC.
